Logging OptionsWhen you report a problem the log files can help identify the cause of the problem. When you contact support, you may be requested to forward these files. To improve support, Xythos Drive is installed with logging enabled. The log files are stored on your machine in your Documents and Settings folder, usually located at C:\Documents and Settings\PC user account name\Local Settings\Application Data\Xythos\cache\logs\. If you do not see this folder, Windows Explorer may need to be set to show hidden files. On the Tools menu, select Folder Options. On the View tab, select Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
Each check box controls a different area of logging.
